Sessions, whose contract has expired and is a free agent, would welcome a return to the Bucks, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. He said, "It was my first home and a team that gave me a chance when nobody else did. I want to stay loyal to them like they did to me."
Analysis:
The Bucks drafted Sessions with the 56th overall pick in 2007, and reacquired him in a trade deadline deal with the Bobcats. It is a good sign that he would like to come back, but with new ownership in Milwaukee, the team may decide to go in another direction. He played in 28 games with the Bucks this season, averaging 15.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 4.8 assists in 32.5 minutes. It is also interesting to note that because of the trade, Sessions played in 83 games this season.
