GIF: Rajon Rondo cuts his chin open, does not want gross towel near it
Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo got tangled up with the Hawks' DeMarre Carroll during Wednesday's game at TD Bank Garden and ended up with a bloody chin.
Rondo did not want anything to do with the towel he was handed by the trainer on the sideline. He eventually accepted a tiny band-aid.
