Chicago Bulls guard Josh Giddey suffered a left hamstring strain and will be re-evaluated in two weeks, the team announced Wednesday.
Giddey appeared to sustain the injury during Chicago's 136-101 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday.
The 23-year-old is enjoying a breakout campaign after signing a four-year, $100-million contract with the Bulls in September, averaging career highs of 19.2 points, 9.0 assists, and 8.9 rebounds.
Chicago also announced that Coby White will be re-evaluated in a week after being diagnosed with right calf tightness. Zach Collins is expected to be out of the lineup for at least 10 days due to a right toe sprain.
The Bulls (15-17) take on the New Orleans Pelicans (8-26) on Wednesday.
