Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr says he remains on good terms with Joe Lacob after a recently leaked email showed the team owner voicing frustration with the club's current state of affairs.

"We're all frustrated," Kerr told reporters Tuesday, including ESPN's Anthony Slater. "Joe is frustrated. I'm frustrated. Steph (Curry) and (Draymond Green), everybody's frustrated. This is kind of how the league works. I hate when people are going to post private emails. Imagine if everyone's emails were just publicly posted, how tough that would be to live our lives.

"Joe supports me 100 percent. I support him. We have a great connection. We've had so much continuity here. Our stable environment in our organization is one of our strengths."

Warriors fan Justin Dutari emailed Lacob following Sunday's loss to the Portland Trail Blazers to criticize the team's use of Jimmy Butler as well as the roster's lack of size.

Lacob promptly responded to Dutari, who then posted the brief exchange on Reddit.

Golden State later confirmed that Lacob replied to Dutari's email.

"Not a big deal," Kerr said of the email. "Not concerned about anything like that."

The Warriors have lost four of their past six games, dropping to eighth in the Western Conference.

Curry continues to play some of the best basketball of his career, averaging 29.6 points and shooting 41.2% from deep. However, his 48-point effort against the Blazers wasn't enough to avoid defeat.
