Phoenix Suns guard Jalen Green appeared to aggravate his right hamstring injury in the first quarter of Saturday's contest versus the Los Angeles Clippers.

With under a minute remaining in the quarter, Green drove past Clippers guard James Harden toward the basket, kicked the ball out to the corner, and immediately came up limping. The fifth-year pro needed assistance getting to the locker room.

The Suns subsequently ruled Green out for the remainder of the game, according to Suns reporter Amanda Pflugrad.

Saturday's matchup was Green's second appearance this season after he missed the campaign's first eight contests due to a hamstring injury. He scored 29 points on 10-of-20 shooting in Thursday's 115-102 victory over the Clippers.

Phoenix acquired Green from the Houston Rockets as part of the seven-team blockbuster deal for Kevin Durant.
