Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert had high praise for Stephen Curry after the Golden State Warriors star captured the fourth NBA championship of his career this week.

In an interview with TMZ Sports on Friday, Gobert expressed his happiness for Curry and highlighted the impact he's had on basketball.

"I'm happy for him. I think he changed the game, so he's definitely in the very rarified air," Gobert said. "He's at the top of the list, for sure."

When asked if he thinks Curry could win a couple more championships before he retires, Gobert replied, "I hope so. You know, I wish him the best."

Curry scored 34 points in Game 6 of the NBA Finals on Thursday to lead the Warriors to a 103-90 victory over the Boston Celtics, winning their fourth title in eight years. The point guard also took home his first Finals MVP award after averaging 31.2 points, six rebounds, and five assists per game in the series.
