Alex Caruso said he has "no anger" toward Grayson Allen, whose foul during a January game forced the Chicago Bulls guard to undergo wrist surgery, according to NBC Sports Chicago's K.C. Johnson.

The fifth-year pro hasn't played since Jan. 21 after suffering the injury against the Milwaukee Bucks when he fell following a collision with Allen. The Bucks guard was given a flagrant-2 foul and suspended for one game.

Caruso admitted the last six weeks have been "pretty frustrating" and that he never heard from Allen while he healed from his injury.

Earlier in March, Allen was elbowed in the head by Bulls forward Derrick Jones Jr., who was given a flagrant 1.

Neither Caruso nor Bulls head coach Billy Donovan ruled out Saturday's contest against the Cleveland Cavaliers as potentially being Caruso's first game back, Johnson adds.

The Bulls sit at 40-26, good for fourth in the Eastern Conference. They face the Bucks in Milwaukee later in March.
