The Phoenix Suns will be without big man Frank Kaminsky indefinitely after the seven-year veteran was diagnosed with a stress reaction in his right knee, the team announced Sunday, according to The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears.
Kaminsky, 28, suffered the injury in Monday's 99-96 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves. He's been sidelined for Phoenix's last two games.
The Wisconsin product was enjoying a solid third season with the Suns. He scored a career-high 31 points in a 119-109 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers on Nov. 10 as part of the team's current 11-game winning streak.
Kaminsky, who re-signed with Phoenix on a one-year, $1.2-million deal this past offseason, was averaging 10.6 points and 4.6 boards in 20.1 minutes per game across nine contests this season.
