Philadelphia 76ers guard Isaiah Joe has entered the NBA's health and safety protocols, which has prompted the organization to test the entire team for COVID-19, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The 76ers are set to play against the Detroit Pistons on Thursday night. They took on the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday, with Joe seeing four minutes of action.

Forward Tobias Harris has been out of Philadelphia's lineup since entering the health and safety protocols Nov. 1.

Sixers coach Doc Rivers spoke on Harris' struggle with the virus, telling reporters, including Noah Levick of NBCS Philadelphia, "A lot of guys have had this and are like, 'I'm fine.' Tobias is not like that."

Philadelphia could be shorthanded Thursday, regardless of the team's test results. Along with Harris and Joe, Danny Green and Joel Embiid are nursing injuries, while Ben Simmons has yet to rejoin the organization for team practices.
