Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant isn't ashamed to admit that he continues to use a Twitter burner account.

Durant spoke about his social media presence on the latest episode of "The Corp" podcast with Alex Rodriguez and Big Cat, explaining why he decided to get another burner account after deleting his previous one.

"I have a burner Twitter account still," Durant said. "See, when people used that burner thing against me, they only thought I was on there just to talk shit. I was really indulging in a lot of different communities on my burners. So when I deleted it, I was like, 'What the? These people really made me delete what I enjoy,' which is my burner account. So I got another one. Talk to friends, just to kinda do my own thing on the side. But I'm at my peak on Twitter. I think a lot of my followers enjoy my content."

Durant has over 18 million followers on his verified Twitter account, which he often uses to respond to critics.

The 31-year-old has been sidelined for the entire 2019-20 NBA campaign as he rehabs from a torn Achilles tendon suffered last season in the NBA Finals with the Golden State Warriors.
