Oakland Athletics closer Liam Hendriks doesn't think very highly of the Golden State Warriors, and he's delighted they're leaving town.

The All-Star right-hander recently described his distaste for the six-time NBA champions, who apparently treated him and his teammates "like shit" after they became the talk of Oakland over the past four seasons.

"When the Warriors sucked and the A's were good, the A's would give them tickets," Hendriks recently told The Athletic's Ethan Strauss. "When the Warriors became good they decided to cut all ties and become assholes. So, no love lost for them leaving."

Hendriks described an incident with a Warriors security guard that left a sour taste in his mouth.

"I got told I'm not as important as a player for the A's as a fan for the Warriors is by a Warriors security guard. He wouldn't let us out of the F Lot. We're trying to get out and he wouldn't let us out."

The Warriors played their final game at Oakland's Oracle Arena in 2019 and will be moving to the brand new Chase Center in San Francisco for next season.
