With the No. 23 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, the Utah Jazz selected forward Darius Bazley, who will reportedly be traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder via the Memphis Grizzlies.

The 18-year-old's path to the NBA has been unorthodox. Bazley was a five-star recruit and McDonald's All-American coming out of high school. Following his de-commitment from Syracuse, he spent this past season training on his own while earning $1 million as an intern at New Balance.
