Jusuf Nurkic apparently received some good news Wednesday as he continues his rehabilitation from a gruesome leg injury.

With his Portland Trail Blazers' 50th win of the campaign against the Memphis Grizzlies, Nurkic will earn a $1.25-million bonus, according to ESPN's Bobby Marks. The incentive also kicked in because Nurkic appeared in at least 70 games this season.

The bonus will cost the Blazers an additional $2.2 million toward the luxury tax.

Nurkic's season ended in his 72nd game on March 25 when he suffered compound fractures of his left tibia and fibula in an overtime win over the Brooklyn Nets. The Bosnian big man earned $11.1 million this season before incentives.

This marks the Blazers' first 50-win season since 2014-15.
