The Philadelphia 76ers lost in heartbreaking fashion on Saturday night, dropping a game 120-117 to the Golden State Warriors. When assessing his team's miscues postgame, head coach Brett Brown pointed toward the club's developing familiarity.
"There's so much situation stuff that we just really haven't had the chance to go through with our new guys," Brown said, according to ESPN's Tim Bontemps.
"Some of it isn't their fault, and it's nobody's fault," he continued. "It's just the fact that we've (only) been with each other for a minute, and at times like that, it rears its head and you feel that pain."
The Sixers added five players ahead of last month's trade deadline, including forwards Tobias Harris and Mike Scott. The latter committed an unnecessary intentional foul on Kevin Durant late in Saturday night's clash.

Philadelphia sits fourth in the Eastern Conference with a 40-23 record, and the 76ers are a half game back of the Indiana Pacers for third.
