Doncic, Tatum headline Rising Stars rosters
The Rising Stars rosters are jam-packed with some of the brightest young talents the league has to offer.
Rookies and sophomores will compete on Team World and Team USA on Friday, Feb. 15 to kick off the All-Star festivities.

Team World is headlined by Slovenian sensation Luka Doncic, along with 2018 No. 1 overall pick Deandre Ayton. Last year's Rising Stars MVP, Bogdan Bogdanovic, will once again participate in the challenge.
Potential All-Star Ben Simmons will also join Team World after being named 2018 Rookie of the Year.
Sophomore stars Donovan Mitchell, Jayson Tatum, and De'Aaron Fox will represent Team USA for a second consecutive season.

Boston Celtics star Kyrie Irving and Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki have been named opposing coaches for the respective rosters.
Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball may not be available for the contest as he recovers from a left ankle sprain suffered Jan. 19.
