Lamar Odom last played in an NBA game in 2013, and has since dealt with a number of off-court issues - including nearly dying from a drug overdose in 2015 and reportedly being present when gunshots were fired at a New York restaurant last week.
But after saying recently he would look for opportunities overseas, the 14-year NBA veteran announced Thursday that he'll be playing in China.
Odom, who turns 39 in November, didn't say which CBA team he'll be signing with.
