The Chicago Bulls appear ready to move on from David Nwaba.

Chicago has reportedly rescinded their qualifying offer to the 25-year-old guard, therefore making him an unrestricted free agent, league sources told Yahoo Sports' Shams Charania.

Nwaba was tendered his $1.7-million qualifying offer at the end of last month.

He was claimed off waivers last June, and went on to make 70 appearances for the 27-win Bulls in the regular season, averaging 7.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 23.5 minutes.

Nwaba was a member of both the NBA G-League All-Defensive Team and G-League All-Rookie Team in 2017 while with the Los Angles D-Fenders.
