HBO special to offer 'unprecedented inside look' at NBA Finals

HBO is partnering with the Bill Simmons Media Group for an unscripted one-hour special chronicling the 2018 NBA Finals.
"Courtside at the NBA Finals" promises to provide viewers with "a unique and unprecedented inside look at the NBA's championship series" after the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers meet for the fourth straight year.
Simmons himself will executive produce the special, which will premiere June 19 at 9 p.m. ET, with a replay at 11 p.m. ET.
"This show will give our subscribers a firsthand look at the nuances of each victory and defeat," Peter Nelson, executive vice president of HBO Sports, said in a statement. "We are privileged to team up with the NBA and Bill Simmons for this unique presentation."
