Is Kobe's 'Detail' series cursing players in NBA playoffs?

Being profiled by the great Kobe Bryant in his "Detail" series for ESPN is proving to be quite harmful for certain players this NBA postseason.

As it turns out, any talent the Los Angeles Lakers legend goes on to analyze on his show has their team drop their next games, or, in the case of the Toronto Raptors, go on to get bounced in devastating fashion.

Episode No. Player Publish Result
2 DeMar DeRozan April 15 No. 1-seeded Raptors swept in 2nd round
3 Donovan Mitchell April 30 Jazz lose 3 next of 4 to Rockets
4 Jrue Holiday May 6 Pelicans lose Game 4 by 26 points + series in 5
5 LeBron James May 12 Cavaliers drop Games 1 and 2 to Celtics
6 Jayson Tatum May 17 Celtics lose Game 3 by 30 + Game 4 to Cavaliers
7 Stephen Curry May 22 Warriors' 16-game playoff winning streak at home ends

Yes, Bryant deserves no blame for the unfortunate outcomes befalling the aforementioned stars and their respective squads. Then again, Bryant bringing down the Association's finest while in retirement is such a "Black Mamba" move.
