The Boston Celtics will be without backup guard Shane Larkin for the foreseeable future.
Larkin will not play in Game 5 against the Philadelphia 76ers and is out for the "foreseeable future" after he suffered a sprained shoulder, Celtics head coach Brad Stevens told ESPN.
He only played two minutes in Boston's loss to Philadelphia in Game 4 after colliding with Joel Embiid.
Boston's point guard rotation is already short Kyrie Irving, so even losing a third-string speedster like Larkin will hurt. Stevens will presumably turn to Marcus Smart and Terry Rozier for more minutes to fill in for Larkin.
Larkin was averaging 4.1 points in 15.2 minutes per game through the playoffs.
