Tyronn Lue will not return to coach the Cleveland Cavaliers on the road Tuesday against the Miami Heat, a source told ESPN's Dave McMenamin.
Lue has missed the Cavaliers' last four games after announcing he was taking a medical leave to address an undetermined illness causing him "chest pains and other troubling symptoms."
After missing Sunday's game against the Brooklyn Nets, there was a reported chance that Lue could rejoin the team in Miami. Instead, the 40-year-old will continue to be evaluated on a game-by-game basis, according to McMenamin.
