The Black Mamba has kick-started his coaching career with a familiar strategy.

While appearing as a guest on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" on Thursday, Kobe Bryant revealed he's now coaching his middle daughter's basketball team, and even has it running everyone's (or maybe just Phil Jackson's) favorite strategy, the triangle offense.
