Broncos' Talib takes shot at 'suburban kid' Durant after NBA Finals
Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib lashed out at Kevin Durant and the Golden State Warriors in a series of tweets after the team defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers for its second NBA title in three years.
Talib, a Cleveland native, first congratulated the Cavs before throwing shade at Warriors head coach Steve Kerr and ripping Durant for joining Golden State.
Congrats @cavs! Boys gotta join forces to see us! @KingJames can bring whoever he want to the Land! Let's link up then!!! #suckachip2017

However, as some Twitter users pointed out, Talib pulled a similar move in 2014, signing with the Broncos after getting eliminated by them in the AFC Championship Game the previous season, and eventually helping them win a Super Bowl.
