Watch: Cavs' Jones rapidly racks up dunk, ejection
Dahntay Jones needed little time to inflict damage upon the Toronto Raptors ... and his wallet.
The Cleveland Cavaliers veteran checked in with three minutes remaining in the blowout and threw down a vicious dunk. He was so fired up that he talked some smack to youngins Jakob Poeltl and Norman Powell, and earned two techs and an automatic ejection.
The sequence will result in a $6,000 fine. LeBron James didn't look too happy about that, perhaps because he'll be footing the bill ... again.
After all, it was the same seldom-used swingman who punched Bismack Biyombo where the sun don't shine during garbage time in Game 3 of the Cavs-Raptors series last postseason. He was suspended without pay for that low-blow, which cost him (and by proxy James) $80.
Jones finished with two points and two fouls in two minutes in the 116-105 victory.
