Magic waive Wilcox, sign Garino and Georges-Hunt

The Orlando Magic waived shooting guard C.J. Wilcox and signed guards Patricio Garino and Marcus Georges-Hunt, the team announced Monday.
Garino's and Georges-Hunt's contracts will include non-guaranteed salaries for at least the 2017-18 season, Josh Robbins of The Orlando Sentinel reports.
Wilcox appeared in 22 games for the Magic this season, averaging one point, 0.5 rebounds, and 0.5 assists on just 25.8 percent shooting.
Georges-Hunt averaged 15.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 4.5 assists for the D-League's Maine Red Claws, while Garino posted averages of 11.2 points and 3.4 rebounds in 49 games with the Austin Spurs.
