Wizards' John Wall: Requires treatment Monday, will play Wednesday

Wall needed medical treatment in the area near his left knee after Monday's game against Boston but fully expects to play Wednesday against Atlanta, Candace Buckner of the Washington Post reports.

Analysis:

This deep into the season, every player in the league is nursing some type of ailment, and Wall's minor issue with the area around his left knee won't likely hold him back from finishing out the season with a full compliment of minutes each game as the Wizards continue to jockey for playoff position in the Eastern Conference. In fact, Wall has only missed two games so far this entire season, which both occurred back in November, while averaging just shy of 37 minutes per game.
