The Golden State Warriors mounted a successful comeback to defeat the Philadelphia 76ers Tuesday after trailing by as much as 16 points, but a play as time expired wasn't without controversy.

The NBA's last two minute report concluded Wednesday that officials missed Zaza Pachulia grabbing Robert Covington's jersey during the battle for a rebound after Dario Saric intentionally missed a free throw, affecting Covington's ability to make a play for the ball. A loose ball foul should have been called.

Covington ended up on the floor waving his hands as time expired in a 106-104 Warriors win. For what it's worth, the report also mentioned that Saric was guilty of a lane violation on the previous play.
