DeMarcus Cousins is officially a member of the New Orleans Pelicans.

The team announced Monday it's acquired the All-NBA center along with forward Omri Casspi from the Sacramento Kings in exchange for Buddy Hield, Langston Galloway, Tyreke Evans, and 2017 first- and second-round picks.

Boogie will join fellow All-Star big man Anthony Davis in the Big Easy, where the two just bonded over All-Star Weekend.

The Kings also waived Matt Barnes in a corresponding move. They may not be done dealing, as they've reportedly made Darren Collison, Ben McLemore, and Arron Afflalo available ahead of Thursday's deadline.

Unlike in NBA 2K17, the lopsided trade went through in real life.
