Watch: World Peace admits he sometimes cheers for Shaq's son over his own

Metta World Peace is a big fan of Shaquille O'Neal's son Shareef - so much so that he sometimes cheers for the 17-year-old over his own son.

The Los Angeles Lakers forward told TMZ Sports that his son, Ron Artest III, is good friends with Shareef, which makes it difficult to root against either.

"Shareef, that's my little man and he's going to have a great career," World Peace said. "So when he plays against Ron, sometimes I root for him more than I root for my son."

Shareef's Crossroads High School played against Artest's Beverly Hills High on Tuesday night, with Artest and his squad coming out on top 50-47.
