Magic's Jodie Meeks: Included in nine-man rotation

Meeks scored seven points (3-8 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT) to go with two assists, one rebound and one steal across 16 minutes in Sunday's 98-92 win over the Pistons.

Analysis:

While coach Frank Vogel limited Meeks' playing time again in his second game back from a fractured foot, it appears that the veteran shooting guard will at least be a regular option in the Magic's nine-man rotation while the team desperately tries to get more three-point production on the court. Meeks has effectively taken the place of C.J. Watson, who played only six minutes Friday against the 76ers and was left out of the rotation entirely Sunday.
