Bucks' Tony Snell: Out for preseason finale

Snell (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's preseason tilt with the Pacers, Charles F. Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

Snell now has a week to get ready for the season opener on Oct. 26 against the Hornets. Head coach Jason Kidd said the newly acquired guard has a chance to be in the Bucks' starting lineup to begin the season, if he is healthy enough. Regardless if he begins the season as a starter, the 24-year-old is slated to see increased action compared to years past, as the Bucks head into the season thin at shooting guard with Khris Middleton (hamstring) out for the foreseeable future.
