Report: Hawks sign Kelly, Bynum to training camp roster
The Atlanta Hawks have reportedly signed forward Ryan Kelly and guard Will Bynum on non-guaranteed contracts to join the training camp roster, according to the AJC's Chris Vivlamore.
This will bring the roster to 20 players, with five eventually being cut prior to the start of the 2015-16 regular season.
Kelly, 25, spent the past three years competing for the Los Angeles Lakers, where he averaged 6.5 points and 3.3 rebounds on just 38.1 percent shooting over 147 total appearances. Most of his time last year was spent down in the Developmental League with the Los Angeles D-Fenders.
Bynum is an eight-year NBA pro who went undrafted in 2005. He's coming off a stint with China's Guangdong Southern Tigers after playing just seven games with the Washington Wizards in 2014.
