Watch: Self-deprecating Curry throws mouthguard after tee shot
Thomas Campbell / US PRESSWIRE
Stephen Curry is having such a good time at the American Century Championship that he's even poking fun at himself.
After an impressive tee shot on the 169-yard, par-3 17th hole in Tahoe, the Golden State Warriors superstar yelled, "What?" before hurling a mouthguard into the stands.
He didn't hit anyone - this time.
Curry wasn't so lucky the last time. After picking up his sixth foul against the Cleveland Cavaliers and being automatically ejected from Game 6 of the NBA Finals, the league MVP threw his mouthpiece into the Quicken Loans Arena crowd, drilling the son of a Cavs owner in the face, and earning a $25,000 fine.
