After returning to play the last two games with a partially torn plantar fascia ligament in his right foot, Dallas Mavericks power forward David Lee will shut it down for the remainder of the first round, ESPN's Tim MacMahon reports.

With the Oklahoma City Thunder heading home with a 3-1 lead on the Mavs, it's unlikely the series will extend beyond Monday's Game 5 anyway.

Lee averaged six points and three rebounds in his two games back - both Dallas losses - shooting 6-of-8 from the field in 33 total minutes.

The Mavs will also likely be without point guard Deron Williams for the remainder of the series.
