The NBA's decision not to punish Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond for the elbow he threw in Game 3 came as no surprise to the Cleveland Cavaliers' LeBron James, if only because of who the recipient was.

"Initially I was surprised but then I thought about who he did it to and then I wasn't surprised," James told Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com.

While James downplayed the incident following the game, he appears at least a little frustrated by the league's decision. With that being said, it isn't likely to affect his focus going forward, as the 31-year-old has done an excellent job at handling distractions throughout the series.

Game 4 between the Cavaliers and Pistons will take place Sunday night, where Cleveland will have the opportunity to sweep their division rivals.
