No harm, no foul.
A league spokesperson told Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com that Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond would not be penalized for striking LeBron James in the head in Game 3.
Drummond's elbow made contact with James' head and neck area as the four-time MVP came across the lane during Friday's game.
James was asked about the incident following the game on Friday, but he played it off.
"The only way I wasn't getting back up was if my head came off and even then, I might still get up and play without one," James told Haynes. "That's just the way I was brought up to play the game. You see I'm good now."
"I've been hit way worse before," James added.
