Larson takes closest finish in NASCAR Cup Series history
Kyle Larson barely eked out a victory over Chris Buescher in the AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway on Sunday.
An exciting race ended with a true photo finish in overtime. Larson crossed the line 0.001 seconds ahead of Buescher, making this the closest finish in NASCAR Cup Series history. The cars briefly banged into each other moments before crossing, and both teams initially celebrated the victory for several moments before Larson's win was confirmed.

"I didn't know if I won or not," an elated Larson told the FS1 broadcast post-race.
Kyle Busch spun out a few minutes before the incident, which led to a late caution that created the final drama.
"That was wild," Larson said. "I was thankful for that caution. We were dying pretty bad. I was happy to come out third."
Buescher earned his second top-five finish of the season but was nonetheless left almost speechless by the result.
"I don't know what to say right now," Buescher said, per Dave Skretta of The Associated Press. "I haven't seen a replay other than just the picture, and I sure can't see in that picture. That sucks to be that close."
The victory is Larson's second of this season and the sixth for Hendrick Motorsports.
Chase Elliott finished third, with Martin Truex Jr. and Denny Hamlin rounding out the top five.
