Cat Zingano is finally getting back in the saddle.

The former women's bantamweight title challenger will meet Ketlen Vieira in her first fight since July 2016 at UFC 222 on March 3 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, sources told MMA Fighting's Guilherme Cruz on Saturday.

Zingano, 35, will aim to snap a two-fight skid and bring her UFC record above .500 in her return to action. She was submitted 14 seconds into her bid to dethrone then-champion Ronda Rousey at UFC 184 before dropping a unanimous decision to Julianna Pena at UFC 200 over 16 months later. She'd gotten her hand raised in every one of her nine previous pro bouts.

The undefeated Vieira - who'd briefly been rumored to be facing Germaine de Randamie next - brings a promotional record of 3-0 into her date with Zingano. In her last outing, the 26-year-old submitted Sara McMann within two rounds at UFC 215 in September.

A headliner has not yet been attached to UFC 222.
