Another Invicta FC fixture is making the leap to the big league.

Former strawweight champ Livia Renata Souza has inked a four-fight UFC contract, MMA Fighting's Guilherme Cruz confirmed Saturday after the fighter herself announced the move on Instagram:

The 26-year-old joins the world's top fight factory on a two-fight win streak with a 4-1 Invicta record. Souza submitted Katja Kankaanpaa to win the promotion's strawweight strap back in April 2015, and defended it with a first-round knockout of DeAnna Bennett before dropping a five-round split decision to Angela Hill at Invicta FC 17 - her only loss in 12 pro fights. She's since rebounded with wins over Ayaka Hamasaki and Janaisa Morandin, the latter coming this past August at Invicta FC 25.

A date and dance partner have not yet been set for Souza's first walk to the Octagon.
