Valerie Letourneau's days of putting herself through the ringer to make weight are no more.

The former UFC strawweight title challenger will make her Bellator debut opposite Emily Ducote in a flyweight bout on July 14 at Bellator 181 in Thackerville, Okla.

Letourneau broke the news herself on Monday's edition of "The MMA Hour," per TSN's Aaron Bronsteter.

"Trouble" parted ways with the UFC in February following her third straight loss, and now joins a promotion with a heavy investment in her ideal fighting weight of 125 pounds. The 34-year-old Letourneau was last seen dropping a split decision to Viviane Pereira at UFC 206, and takes a professional record of 8-6 into her Bellator debut.

An Oklahoma native, Ducote has won three of four inside the Bellator cage, with all three of her promotional triumphs coming by way of submission.

The July card will be headlined by a lightweight rematch between Patricky Freire and Derek Campos.
