Watch: Nurmagomedov tells Johnson to quit during UFC 205 beatdown

Adam Hunger / USA TODAY Sports

It's not uncommon for fighters to talk smack during a fight, but what Khabib Nurmagomedov did to Michael Johnson at UFC 205 was downright disturbing.

"The Eagle" not only spoke to Johnson during the fight, but he was so in control he actually told Johnson he should just quit. The audio is loud and clear in a preview for the latest edition of the UFC's "The Thrill and the Agony" series released Wednesday.

"You have to give up," Nurmagomedov said. "I need to fight for the title. You know this. I deserve it."

Also heard in the clip: Nurmagomedov negotiating with UFC president Dana White, and a demoralized Miesha Tate letting her corner know she was about to announce a spontaneous retirement following her loss to Raquel Pennington.
