At a Glory kickboxing tournament Friday in Virginia, competitor Warren Thompson suffered a pair of blows when his opponent in the light heavyweight semifinal, Zinedine Hameur-Lain, drilled him with a quick right hand 12 seconds into their match and sent him crashing to the canvas.
Hameur-Lain went on to win his weight class with a second-round knockout over Ariel Machado.
