VIDEO: NYCFC stars Villa, Pirlo surprise fans with new away kit

Each year, every team in MLS unveils a new home or away kit, alternating between the two so as to deliver one new jersey per season.

This year, New York City FC is due for a new away kit, but rather than announcing it via social media, the club took a different approach, surprising fans with an appearance from star players David Villa, Andrea Pirlo, and Kwadwo Poku.

A handful of supporters were told they were being filmed for a documentary, and their reactions were captured as their favorite players walked through the doors wearing - and unveiling - the club's new 2016 away shirt.
