Lesson one on what not to do as a defender: use your hands in the box to save a shot.
Montreal Impact defender Ambroise Oyongo didn't get the memo, evidently, punching a ball away from the goal mouth with his hand while jerking his neck in an attempt to fool the referee.
It didn't work. At all. The referee went straight to his back pocket and showed Oyongo a red card, before New York Red Bulls midfielder Sacha Kljestan scored from the resulting penalty.
