TFC without traditional CB vs. Chivas after Moor ruled out with quad strain
If Toronto FC hopes to overturn its first-leg deficit against Chivas de Guadalajara, it'll have to do so without the core to its backline.
Drew Moor will not play in Wednesday's second leg of the CONCACAF Champions League final due to a quadriceps strain, according to Kurtis W. Larson of the Toronto Sun.
Moor, who played all 90 minutes of Toronto's 2-1 loss in the first leg, picked up the knock Monday in training, Larson adds. The injury leaves the Canadian side without a bona fide center-back in the lineup, relying on captain Michael Bradley - a midfielder by trade - and Gregory Van Der Wiel - a traditional right-back - to command the center of the defense instead.

According to TSN's Kristian Jack, hamstring issues are also keeping fellow defenders Chris Mavinga, Nick Hagglund, and Eriq Zavaleta out of Wednesday's lineup against Chivas, though the latter could still feature as a sub.
