FC Dallas acquires Getterson on loan

FC Dallas announced Saturday that the club acquired 25-year-old Brazilian forward Getterson on loan from Curitiba-based outfit J. Malucelli.
Between 2013 and 2016, Getterson made 45 appearances for J. Malucelli in all competitions, scoring five goals in 13 games during the 2016 Paranaense, the state championship of Parana.
Interestingly, Getterson's hometown of 15,000, Engenheiro Beltrao, also produced another well-established MLS name in New York Red Bulls midfielder Felipe Martins.
