Ned Yost is clearly thinking outside the box in an attempt to motivate his Kansas City Royals squad following back-to-back trips to the World Series.
The skipper didn't walk away unscathed from Tuesday's awesome display of discipline and power, though.

"That was legit," said Royals first baseman Eric Hosmer after watching his 60-year-old manager demolish four stacked bricks. "He's got all those scars, and it looked pretty bad, but he's tough. A lot tougher than we thought."
That's one way to earn respect from your players.
