Justin Upton: Rolled ankle Wednesday, feels good
Upton said his ankle feels good, and that he wasn't spiked, he simply rolled the ankle in Wednesday's Grapefruit League game, the Detroit News' Chris McCosky reports.
Analysis:
While the rolled ankle may cause Upton to miss a little more time this spring, it is not the kind of injury that will put his status for Opening Day in question. The good news is that Anthony Gose didn't spike Upton, which appeared to be the case when the two crossed paths in the outfield. Upton's status will be updated when he is ready to take the field again, possibly as soon as this weekend.
