Tommy Hunter is off to Ohio for the 2016 season.
The Cleveland Indians have signed the reliever to a one-year deal, the team announced Friday.
Hunter will make $2 million for his services, according to multiple reports.
The 29-year-old opened the 2015 campaign with the Baltimore Orioles, crafting a 3.63 ERA in 44 2/3 innings before he was sent to the Chicago Cubs in a deadline day trade for outfielder Junior Lake. The right-hander struggled in Chicago, however, posting a 5.74 ERA in 15 innings with the Cubs.
Hunter owns a career 4.31 ERA over eight big-league seasons as both a starter and reliever.
