Arizona Diamondbacks right-hander Josh Collmenter channeled his inner Scotsman on Tuesday when he took to the golf course in support of the Special Olympics.

Not only did Collmenter agree to play the game developed by Scotland in the Middle Ages, the 29-year-old really got into the act by also wearing a plaid kilt.

Collmenter had some celebrity company join him on the golf links, including Diamondbacks manager Chip Hale, former Diamondback Luis Gonzalez, Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians, and PGA Tour player Rickie Fowler.
